Latitude 32 is anticipated to produce 10,000 new jobs in its own right with further employment expansion almost certain to occur in the office, commercial and retail sectors.

Initial indicators suggest that many companies currently servicing the Kwinana Industrial Area are looking to relocate to Kwinana, bringing with them both their existing staff plus the opportunity for further expansion of their businesses.
